2000 Jahre Varusschlacht”

For almost 2,000 years ago the Roman army was deflated by Germanic warriors. This was known as the famous the “Varus Battle” which took place at the Teuteborger Forest. The museum and Park “Kalkriese”, were the place of the battle will offer an extensive picture in an exhibition from Nov 3th, 2008 till mid Mrach 2009.
