Augsburg, just 45 miles west of Munich, is easy to reach by plane, bus, train and car. 

• By plane:
  Augsburg Regional Airport is situated directly on Autobahn A8, only 3 minutes from the "Augsburg Ost" exit. So lifting off from Augsburg is a sensible alternative not only for the entire region, but for Munich as well.
