From Würzburg to Tauberbischofsheim and Bad Mergentheim (Residence of the Deutschorden), side trip to Stuppach (Madonnenbild by Matthias Grunewald), following the romantic valley of the river Tauber to Weikersheim castle (main residence of the princes of Hohenlohe) and Creglingen (Herrgottskirche, famous altar by Tilman Riemenschneider).
Main point of interest is the medieval Rothenburg.
