The Jewish Medieval Heritage of Erfurt is now a World Heritage Site

Erfurt is now officially part of the list of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This was decided by the members of the World Heritage Committee in Riad, the capital of Saudi Arabia, last week. “Jewish-Medieval Heritage Erfurt”, that is the Old Synagogue, the Mikveh and the “Stone House”.

 

A new Hotel for picturesque Würzburg

The most recent opening of a Motel One Boutique Style Hotel took place in Würzburg, northern Bavaria two weeks ago. The hotel, with 233 rooms is conveniently located between the UNESCO World Heritage Site Würzburg Residence Palace and the beautiful Old Town. SO pack your bags and travel to northern Bavaria.
